Creative Consulting

  • Creative Brainstorming
  • If you don’t want a planner, but need a little guidance, this is for you. With this package you will receive a 90-minute session where we will offer our expert advice, supply a customized “to-do” list, and recommend the highest quality professional vendors that align with your needs. You will receive ideas and suggestions for designing and executing your event vision.

    I will answer your questions and give you advice on how to choose the best event design/décor, vendors and venue according to your budget and needs. A consultation recap with documents will be sent to you within 3 business days of the session. Session starts at $125.00.

    If you DO decide you want a planner, the consultation fee will be credited toward that contract! Schedule your session today!

  • Virtual Consultant
  • If you are pretty creative already and just want help planning and putting all your details together you can secure a professional, knowledgeable event planner to be on hand to answer an unlimited number of questions via e-mail throughout your planning process. Just email your ideas, concerns or questions and we will respond back with the information you need. I wouldn’t be actually doing any of the planning thru this service it is more like your own personal “hotline” to me via email.

    It includes, but is not limited to:

    • 10 hours of e-mail and phone support
    • Inspiration and Ideas
    • Budget Advice
    • Décor Advice
    • Etiquette
    • Advice on local vendors

    Virtual Consultant does not include:

    • Phone consultations or in-person meetings

A’Vents by August offers a collection of wedding services for the everyday couple. Through one of our wedding packages, we keep the planning process to your customized preference and create a wedding that will truly tell your love story to your guests.

We have many options for our bride & grooms from hourly consultations to virtual consulting to partial planning to full service planning and design. All planning packages come with your very own online customized wedding binder.

As a bride you can leave with a feeling of empowerment, armed with the tools to conquer the sometimes-overwhelming task of planning a wedding.

  • Adore {Full service wedding planning + design services}
  • We love helping our couples plan their weddings from start to finish! If contracted early enough we take our time during planning, and get all the little details exactly how you have dreamed.

    It includes, but is not limited to:

    • All of the items in the Touch of Love package
    • A customized monthly checklist of things you should be working on to help you stay on task.
    • Unlimited phone and e-mail support
    • Creation of your vision, selection of colors, develop a theme, choose décor and table linens
    • Create and manage the budget and give budget advice throughout the planning process
    • Vendor referrals and recommendations with contract reviews and negotiations
    • Establish floral design, including centerpieces
    • Décor Estimate
    • Recommend options for Save the Dates, Invitations, Ceremony
    • Program, Rehearsal Dinner Invitations, Place Cards and Menu Cards
    • Customized, detailed itineraries and set up sheets for the wedding party and vendors
    • Hotel room blocks, for guests
    • Final on site consultation one month before the wedding
    • Create ceremony and reception sites design and floor plans
    • Assist with guest list and monitor RSVPS

    • Distribute payment and tip envelopes to vendors
